We have been at the forefront of unique facilities that have set the precedent for others to follow. “Mulberry Gardens in Plantsville, CT, was the first facility in Connecticut that was designed and dedicated solely for Assisted Living. “The Retreat” in Hartford, CT, was the first facility in Connecticut that was designed and dedicated solely for Affordable Assisted Living. “Veterans Landing” in Newington, CT, will be the first facility in the United States that was designed and dedicated solely for the Veterans Administration.
